Clear, concise and well communicated processes and procedures result in good performance.  As part of helping our clients increase performance, we will assist with process and procedure definition and improvements.

In this role, DLC can perform:

• Procedures capture, standardization and organization
  
• Process review, streamlining and process mapping
  
• Documentation to support organization procedures, processes, standards and knowledge

Often, projects in which DLC assists with Process Improvements include development of a Performance Support system to ensure this new information is quickly and readily available to employees.
